Bathrooms4U is growing, and we are looking for a hard-working, organised Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy team. This is a key role within the business, supporting our Project Managers by planning and coordinating bathroom installation schedules and ensuring our customers receive a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for organising installation programmes, coordinating trades and deliveries, and acting as a central point of contact to keep projects running on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating installation teams alongside the Project Manager
- Acting as a main point of contact for customers throughout their project
- Taking and responding to phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
- Scheduling works and assisting with project timelines
- Liaising with suppliers, installers, and internal teams
- Ensuring projects run efficiently and customer expectations are met
- Schedule bathroom installation projects from start to completion
- Coordinate diaries for fitters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, and subcontractors
- Arrange site visits, surveys, and start dates with customers
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery dates for bathroom units, fixtures, and materials
- Ensure materials and trades are available at each stage of the installation
- Communicate schedules clearly to customers and internal teams
- Manage changes, delays, or issues such as delivery problems or unforeseen site conditions
- Adjust schedules to minimise downtime and maintain workflow
- Track project progress and update timelines accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, job stages, and completion dates
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is confident handling calls and emails
- Can work well as part of a team and independently
- Remains calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, or project coordination is an advantage (but not essential)
